    Testimonials

    • Steve Spruth – University of Minnesota

I am a Senior Lecturer at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. Every year I bring a group of 15-30 college students to Brazil to study innovation and sustainability. Ferradura has been a generous friend, helping my students understand the rich culture and history of capoeira in Brazil. He patiently leads us through a beginner class, while sharing stories about how he helps different communities through capoeira in Brazil. Social innovation is an important part of our experience. He helps us better understand Brazil, and think about ways to bring his wisdom back to the United States. I highly recommend his class

    • Gina Carmo – Inspire Travel Tours

I'm Gina, an incoming tour operator based in Rio. I represent groups and families from other countries who are visiting Rio de Janeiro. The Capoeira class is good for people who never did Capoeira before because they learn in a practical way through a group activity. I strongly recommend this tailor-made Capoeira workshop! My clientes love it!
